Elisa van Riessen is an actress who graduated from the Amsterdam Theatre School (ATKA) in 1989. In 2024, she appeared in the streaming series JACKSON & MALONE on Videoland and ONE OF US on Canal+. She also played a role in the American series ATLANTA (SE02) and in 2023 she played the role of Margriet Seegers in GTST, which caused the cliffhanger of the season. In 2025 she played mother Caatje in the short film BROKSTUKKEN, for which she also co-wrote the screenplay. She has appeared in plays such as FREULE JULIE, NORA OF THE DOLLHOUSE, and PERICLES.
